Terms & Conditions of Service
By accessing XYZ Influencer, creating a Creator or Brand account, or depositing escrow campaign funds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Platform Role & Non-Brokerage Model
XYZ Influencer provides discovery tools, verified metrics, chat workflows, and milestone payment infrastructure. XYZ Influencer is not an employer or principal of creators. Content creators operate as independent contractors responsible for the creative execution of agreed briefs.
2. Account Authenticity & Zero Bot Policy
Users must provide accurate, verified information. Impersonating other creators, inflating follower counts using automated bot farms, or submitting falsified analytics constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate permanent banning and forfeiture of pending platform balances.
3. Milestone Escrow & Payment Settlement
Campaign funds deposited by brands are locked securely in milestone escrow. When a creator uploads deliverable proof (Reel URL, analytics report), the brand has 5 business days to inspect or request revisions. Once approved, escrow funds are automatically disbursed to the creator's verified bank or UPI handle within 24 hours.
4. Deliverable Revisions & Dispute Resolution
If deliverable content deviates materially from the agreed brief, the brand may request up to 2 rounds of standard revisions. If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, either party may escalate to XYZ Influencer Escrow Arbitration for binding settlement based on logged chat history and contract terms.
5. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage
Upon full milestone payment release, the brand receives commercial digital usage rights for the sponsored deliverable across owned social channels for the duration specified in the campaign brief, unless exclusive perpetuity terms were explicitly agreed upon.
